Yesterday I received exceptional service and help from both Ben in Parts and Marty in Body Shop. Ben helped me find a spare wheel for my Liberty. I had been looking for one for months, and after searching a few options Ben found me just what I was looking for! Marty spoke on the phone with TD Finance, tryIng to wrestle with them over a claim check which they have been withholding from me. I sincerely appreciate both men going above and beyond their tasks. Always a pleasant experience at River Oaks!

Service Last week I had my sons SRT8 in for new brakes and bumper. Jorge Hernandez and Gilbert Gonzalez co-cordinated the repairs between departments and enabled him to drive it back to college on Sunday. They went above and beyond in fast friendly service. Gilbert actually delivered the car personally to facilitate this. Thank you for a pleasant ending to this chore. I have already given you a referral.

I highly recommend the body shop at River Oaks Chrysler. They (Gilbert Sr. and Marty) were extremely helpful from the initial body work estimate to providing prompt updates to completing the work on time and at the estimated amount. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional, and I appreciate the great work by the team at the shop as well as Marty and Gilber Sr. Do yourself a favor and consider this body shop first for any repair needs you may have.

What a place! We have been shopping around for a new vehicle and we have been most impressed with this dealership! They have very good prices, especially on the jeep we are looking to buy. The salesman we dealt with was very friendly, but not overly so. We did not feel pressured! We were able to do a test drive and take our time comparing vehicles here. I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler from there and my expirence was wonderful. They had plenty of stock although they had to get the color i wanted from one of their other lots, but it was there the next day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and helped me with what i wanted, and didnt try to up sale me. The place has a very comfortable atmosphere. I was treated very well and would definitly recommend them to my friends and family or anyone.
